What's the best part about giving and receiving gifts? We think it's hitting the nail on the head. In other words giving recipients what they want, and getting what you want. (With room for pleasant surprises of course.)
As we all know there are often underlying messages connected with giving and receiving gifts. So try to be sure that your gift is communicating your message properly.
When we asked you, our readers, to choose your favorite gifts to give and receive, the winner was: Gift Cards or Money. It does seem most people who replied would prefer to choose their own gifts. Second place was a three-way tie for Clothing, Gift Baskets, and Experiences (tickets, trips, etc.) Wine or Liquor tied with Books for third place.
