Recently I was sitting outside of a coffee shop, drinking my coffee, enjoying the fresh air. Then, someone at the next table lit up and the wind brought the smoke right into my face. I know that the smoker has a legal right to smoke, but it’s so annoying. What should I do if it happens again? - Fuming

Gina's got one good approach. If you feel really motivated you could engage the smoker in conversation, but unless you are a real extrovert and highly charismatic, I think that finding a new place to enjoy your cup of coffee is the best option. Sometimes it really is OK to say ...nothing! ~ Alisa
